If we could give more stars, we would! My cousin always wanted to try a Peruvian restaurant and so did we, being that it was her birthday, we surprised her by coming to Inca Fusion. Wow wow wow. What a warming and nice place. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. The entire experience made us feel wanted, welcomed, and invited in to dine. Since it was our first time, we were treated to drink samples of their signature Peruvian Chicha Morada and of course had to order them since they were so good. ⭐ 5/5 – Best Peruvian food I’ve ever had! We came as a group of four and ordered multiple dishes, and every single one was delicious. The steak was juicy and full of flavor, and the chicken was equally amazing — tender and perfectly seasoned. The starter yuca was fantastic, especially with the hot green sauce. The place was quiet when we arrived, so we got a lesson on Peruvian food. We also got the opportunity to try two different drinks, yellow and purple. My favorite one was the yellow drink, it was a little sweeter. I had the tiger without milk, and the calamari was fresh, battered in house top notch. We had a great time chatting and enjoying some delicious food.
