I honestly have no words to describe this place. This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Miami!!!!!!!! Everything was exceptional, from the service to the quality of every dish. Vanesa has been the best server I’ve had these past couple of months. Her attentiveness and phenomenal conversation were immaculate. Even though she was handling other tables, she never once failed to impress us or make us feel taken care of. I suggested a blind experience and let her bring out whatever she thought was best—and every single choice was on point and absolutely up to par. She truly elevated the entire experience. I’ll be asking for her every time

I had the chance to visit Ikigai Sushi Bar, and the experience confirms why this place is getting so much attention. Sitting at the counter, you can really appreciate the care that goes into every preparation. From the sashimi served like a delicate flower, beautifully presented and fresh, to the creative rolls, everything reflects precision and respect for the ingredients. What an incredible experience. Vanessa made our night even better with her impeccable service and kindness. The Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony was impressive, and the dishes were simply amazing. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We will definitely be back. ✨

Went for the tuna ceremony. Very fun to see the big fish and process of cutting. Tuna was 24h old. And felt overall fresh. Food was great as well as service. Price was $180 per person and included the whole course show in the pics.
