Just started a company locally in Manatee County and exploring options. Although i may not go with the service, i appreciate the professionalism of the staff. Spoke to someone named Hailey, very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Will refer any other business owners just on those terms alone. Knowledgeable and professional is hard to find in Florida...unsure why.

Great service, even though we're a small business, they take the time to answer our questions and are easily accessible. They have many reporting options which helps me with data entry for our third party 401(k) company (took me a very long time to do with ADP). Their timeclock option for our team is also very user friendly. Highly recommend!

Jonathan at iBusiness Solutions has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to look over my current payroll, benefits, and workers comp policies and explain exactly what I was paying for. He was able to shop several of our policies and get me better rates than what I was paying. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if I ever have any problems I can reach out and he will take care of me right away. It's just too bad he isn't any better at golf ⛳️
