I recently came across Hummus Republic while browsing social media and saw they have a Surprise location. Absolutely loved everything! The atmosphere inside, really nice people behind the counter, and the food is beyond delicious. Such fresh ingredients, great flavor, and presentation shot this location to one of my favorite places to eat in the valley.

I recently had an awesome experience at Hummus Republic. The place was super clean, and the staff were really professional. I called in my order, and James was amazing—he walked me through the menu even though they were about to close. It was so convenient to get everything sorted over the phone. When I picked up my gyro pita, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot! Their pita chicken shawarma was unique, and their pita gyro beef was tasty. The food was fresh and of good quality. Hayley took our order. She was very friendly and helpful. She offered a sample of the olive hummus when I asked about it. There are a lot of options to customize your dish. Dining area is cute and clean!
