Super friendly and helpful staff and ownership. Good selection of anything that you would be looking for in a place like this. Really hard to get parking for a quick in and out but it’s downtown so probably geared more towards locals and is right on a busy street. Every time I’ve walked through the door they have been kind and helpful.
I just wanna give a huge shout out to the entire staff at HQ! I love that the staff is so knowledgeable! I also LOVE that the staff has so much diversity. I have been treated with nothing but respect from every single staff member, from the owner to the hourly staff. Stopping by this store 2-3 times a week is part of my routine, a part i specifically look forward too. Absolutely not. Made a big deal about $5 on a tank. Then got the 750g space gas home and it was empty. Went to return it and store was closed. big waste of time and money. If they’re tampering with those tanks before they leave the store that’s a liability too. I’d go to headrush across the street
Feeling bummed. I bought two discount vape pens and tested them in the store… the guy made sure to tell me three times to try them before leaving because there were no returns. They worked in the store, but when I got to my car, neither worked. I charged them, still nothing. The product even said defective units could be returned to the retailer, yet the staff blatantly refused. And rudely mind you. Feels like a tactic to push old stock off the shelves.
