I have had several problems with my HVAC unit and these guys, I believe, have always been honest with me about the repairs needed. Hayden came out to do the biannual service check and discovered my heat was not working and explained what parts needed to be repaired along with pictures and an estimate of the repairs needed. Excellent service by Howard Air technician Kenny. He performed thorough preventative checks of my HVAC systems and showed me photos and provided explanations of all the checks he performed. Also made recommendations of optional service to consider with photos to show where improvements could be made. He also replaced my old defective thermostats and after installing the new ones, took the time to properly set them up and program their settings. Provided friendly and professional service. I highly recommend!

I needed some maintenance done on my HVAC. I chose Howard Air because I've heard good things about the company. I wasn't disappointed as their technician, Eric Ruiz, arrived on time, was very informative, and did a great job. I will definitely stay with Howard Air and highly recommend them.

Howard Air has consistently provided excellent service for our HVAC needs over 15 years. We’ve had them install two Trane heat pumps. Both times they did a great job. The few times we’ve had issues they’ve been here promptly to fix them. We also use them for a biannual maintenance on the Trane heatpump. Jovanny was the tech who did our last maintenance. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and easy to work with. I can definitely recommend Howard here for HVAC.

I highly recommend Howard Air. They come twice a year with my annual plan to service my AC and keep it running at peak performance. Their technicians are always very courteous. Hayden came today and he made it a point to cover his shoes and keep me updated on his progress. And then he summarized the inspection before he left. Very efficient!
