Nick G. provided my annual plumbing service. He was professional; respectful and personable. He explained what he was doing at each step and reported the results. We discussed additional options and he left me with information, but in no way pressured me to purchased anything, which I liked very much. I am very happy I have a maintenance service plan and will request Nick G. next year. And I will recommend Howard Air for both the HVAC and plumbing services they provided. This is a review for Howard Air & Plumbing, and in particular, technician Steven Irvin. I have been a Howard HVAC customer for years, and today had a plumbing inspection and analysis. The technician Steven Irvin came out and did a fantastic job! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly tech who was detail oriented and spent the time to do the job right. Helped educate me and provided thorough and detailed information. Five stars all the way - excellent service I have come to expect from Howard Air!

Excellent service by Howard Air technician Kenny. He performed thorough preventative checks of my HVAC systems and showed me photos and provided explanations of all the checks he performed. Also made recommendations of optional service to consider with photos to show where improvements could be made. He also replaced my old defective thermostats and after installing the new ones, took the time to properly set them up and program their settings. Provided friendly and professional service. I highly recommend!

Have always liked Howard Air, they've been very good to me. Tech Jovanny Reyes serviced my a/c's today and was very pleasant, respectful, personable, and above all was not pushy at selling me something I dont need. That in itself is very important to me. I have a maintenance contract with them and they are always good at calling when maintenance is due. They are honest and forthcoming with any costs.

Howard Air reminded me I needed to do my tune up. They booked my appointment, sent me reminders and let me know when my tech was on his way. Hayden listened to my concerns, dis the tune up and provided sound advice. He even coordinated getting an appointment set up to have the attic insulation reviewed. Highly recommend using Howard Air!
