The rooms are clean and nice. I would have liked to have more room service. It's nice that they leave you alone but it would also be nice to have someone come in and clean up a bit every couple of days. The location is ok. It's great that it is really good close to the beach and we can see the ocean from our room. The area is a little on the busy side though. All in all, I would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location with about a 50 yard walk down a sidestreet to the beach. All rooms had excellent views of ocean. Beach was clean and not crowded at all. Water was clean and waves perfect for kids (and adults) to body board. Hotel/Condos were very clean, and replaced towels whenever requested. Staff througout were all very friendly. Location was perfect, in-between boardwalk and Barefoot Landing. A beautiful resort with a wonderful view. Unit balconies are angled to provide a view of both the ocean and adjacent forested area. Construction on new homes nearby can occasionally be noisy. The staff are always friendly and warm and I've never encountered a rude guest within the building. The rooms boast a nice balcony, equipped kitchen, and outlets galore.

Horizon at 77th was an amazing experience from start to finish. I visited with my grandmother, and it made the trip even more special. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and exciting at the same time. The amenities were great, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Spending time there with my grandmother made the whole experience truly thrilling and memorable. I would definitely love to come back again.

Horizon at 77th has gone down tremendously throughout the years. I would compare it more to a motel than a resort. The Horizon customer service over the phone was nice but they don't have any control over the owner owned hotel. Units are controlled by BlueGreen who sits in the reception area where Horizon used to welcome guests. The units are individually owned and not well maintained.
