Being from Long Island, our local camper dealer options are limited. We found Hemlock Hills through a listing online and planned to make a trip on a Sunday. When I called and Dave answered, he informed me that they are not open on Sunday (as they are a family owned business - immediately gaining my respect). We purchased our first pop up camper from here over 20 years ago. Fast forward to present day, we were back in the market for another popup. Our sales rep, Hunter was extremely helpful and patient. I am writing a review for Hemlock Hill RV. We purchased a Keystone Cougar Hero Edition 5th wheel from them back in April 2026. I will start off by saying we had an excellent experience from beginning to the end. We went there to go look at 5th wheels. We were greeted by Dave R. in sales when we walked in the door. We recently purchased a Coachmen Apex 186BH from Hemlock Hill RV and had a great experience. We first met Jason at the RV show, then connected again during their open house. The whole process was super simple and completely zero pressure as we explored both new and used options. We purchased a 2027 Keystone Cougar 28 RLI. We had nothing but a positive experience from the time we contacted them, until delivery. Communication was always in a timely manner. They take their time with you and they were never pushy. We requested the PDI and they provided it before we went for the pick up, so we had time to review. The day of pick the full demo with the technician Alex was exceptional before we drove off. No pressure and the process went smoothly. Highly recommend them. Thank you
