I had charges coming from multiple places to my checking account. I have manic depression and I had an episode where I was very free with money and got hooked up with some bad actors. When I realized, the bank staff at Willy street got me re setup on the heartland app, so I could remain on top of my finances. I walked in distraught and walked out elated!

Greediest credit union in Wisconsin do not bank here. They took my $20k college savings and threw it in a CD without my consent and wanted to charge me $350 to get it back. Super inconsiderate institution I will definitely be closing all of my accounts and be banking elsewhere!

Very reliable , Fast , all staff were very nice and Wonderrful , Gemma were very good also in costumer service , very helpful, Athena best Bank for me !

I came in with a complex and scary problem and Gareth at the Willy street branch resolved everything in a super positive way that uplifted my worries and fixed it all quickly and kindly and with terrific communication!

WHY were we not advised that the E Washingtion Ave location is no longer a Drive Thru with Teller service?? TERRIBLE idea to close this drive thru location in favor of VERY traffic-congested, VERY difficult to get in/out of Williamson St location. Dumb!! Dumb!! DUMB decision!! And again - WHY WERE WE NOT TOLD??
