Holy Cow!!! I smell good!! I smell like Bbq!! Finger licken good food!!! Love the brisket and ribs. Jalapeño cheese sausage was bomb!! Next time, trying the baked potato with brisket. It looked so good..... and put that with the southern hospitality, I loved it!!!
We brought our out-of-state clients here to experience real Texas BBQ, and Hard Eight BBQ did not disappoint. The pork ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the brisket was incredibly juicy and moist. Our clients said this was the best BBQ they have ever had, and they absolutely loved the Texas experience. We will definitely come back again!
Glen was the best! He was very professional, hospitable, welcoming, and sociable. The staff, food, inside and outside decor was spot on. GREAT BARBECUE RESTAURANT!! You must check it out!
Food was great. After sides and tip, my brisket plate was about $33 but worth it when adding free beans and refills. The layout was a lot easier to manage than some bbq joints, and plenty of seating inside.
Sad day. This place used to be great. Not sure what happened. first off I ordered a quarter pound of fatty brisket and they gave me .66 pound. And in pieces were just fat from the point. I didn’t notice that it was .66 pound until I got to the register and my total was $43. Half pound of ribs and okra as well... the cashier tried to remedy it by taking the fat off the plate, but gave me yesterday’s lean brisket instead.
