We went in for my daughter’s first haircut and her stylist was Brianna. She was so welcoming, patient, and made sure to explain every step to my daughter. She walked out a very happy little lady with her new hair! Thank you so much!
I went to the salon and had a consulatiion, I took the pictures of my hair color and what I wanted, an all over auburn color with dimension. I explained numerous times that I didn't like brown , orange or ashy colors on my hair. I was supposed to get an all over auburn copper- ish color with dimension and a biotin treatment. I set up an appt a few weeks in advance to get a partial highlight. I had to take a PTO day to do this due to my work schedule. As I am sitting in the chair, my hairdresser Kiersten asks me what I want and I told her a partial highlight? I booked it as that so was a little confused why she had to ask? I had made an appointment to touch up my balayage. I had also decided on cutting my hair shorter, which took off most of the existing coloring. I showed the stylist the color I was going for and asked if it was done using balayage or block coloring because there was dimension in color. Instead of balayage, she suggest an ombré and insisted it would get the same dimensional result as the photo. I have dark brown hair and the goal was a light brown.
