I really wanted to have a better experience here, especially since the rating sits around a 3.9, but unfortunately it lived up to the “meh” reviews. When we arrived, multiple booths on the sunny side of the restaurant were visibly dirty, with leftover food and napkins still under the tables. It didn’t look like anything had been wiped down. I go here often for lunch with my mother, who loves their daily specials and loyalty program. The food is good, they have a nice variety of items on the menu. The deep dish pizza is worth the extra wait! Staff are consistently very attentive, courteous and friendly. The biggest drawback is the restrooms. I don't know who designed them, but the sinks will splash water all over no matter how careful you are. I have been hearing a number. I’ve always enjoyed my food! Have a great selection of pizzas and other food items. One of my favorite sandwiches is their club sandwich. I also love The cheese curds with ranch dressing. Staff have always been friendly and kind, we are always say and served in a timely manner.

Hostess said " hope you have a wonderful experience dining with us". Should have left right then but 21 minutes later after no interaction with us we left. Will not return. It was a Sunday at 12:30. Only 5 tables had people at them. This place will be closed soon.
