The rooms are reasonably comfortable. The rooms have always been clean and ready when we arrive after 2 PM. The staff always seem nice whenever we interact with them. The pools always seem to have towels and are reasonably clean. I personally love the 7th floor pool, hot tubs and lazy river. I can float and still see the ocean.

I loved this resort. Rooms were nice. Staff was great. This resort is a hotel and condo combo. We had a king bed with an ocean view hotel room. There is a nice indoor pool. Outside, oceanside, there is a pool and lazy river. Also, there is a lazy river, 4 hot tubs, and a pool on the roof top! All are well maintained. There are beach loungers facing, the ocean available, free, 1st come 1st serve. A life gaurd stand rents chairs and umbrellas for the beach and the stand is directly behind the resort. Can’t beat the location! Everything you might need is within walking distance (grocery store, drugstore, restaurants). Staff very friendly! Housekeeping does a great job. Very well equipped kitchen. Love the lawn area with the beautiful flowers and plants. Parking garage very nice. Returning in the fall for a longer visit.

I loved the poolside room, easy check in/out, courteous service, fresh towels daily and being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle. I went during the off season and during the middle of the week, so that might have been the reason I had the indoor pool to myself, which was fabulous! The sunrises from the hotel are stunning! I also loved driving by all the fantastic houses nearby and wondering who loved in them. Front staff was friendly, overall my experience was a negative. For the entire vacation we kept smelling weed and cigarette smoke come through into our room. You could get a second hand high just walking through the parking garage. And also for 3 of the nights there was a mustang who thought revving his engine for 30 minutes every night at 11pm was cool.
