Can’t beat the location! Everything you might need is within walking distance (grocery store, drugstore, restaurants). Staff very friendly! Housekeeping does a great job. Very well equipped kitchen. Love the lawn area with the beautiful flowers and plants. Parking garage very nice. Returning in the fall for a longer visit.

I loved the poolside room, easy check in/out, courteous service, fresh towels daily and being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle. I went during the off season and during the middle of the week, so that might have been the reason I had the indoor pool to myself, which was fabulous! The sunrises from the hotel are stunning! I also loved driving by all the fantastic houses nearby and wondering who loved in them. This is a beach hotel, where you are planning to be out the room most the time. There was an underwhelming ambiance. There are a lot of channels on the tv, you could rent current movies in the lobby. The beds/pillows are okay, the room felt clean but it was worn down. The mini split may need a service due to musty smell. The ocean view is a side view but we could see the ocean! Nice place. Rooms were very clean. The maid service came every morning to check to see if we needed anything. Parking was good that it took you to whatever floor you were on. Would definitely stay there again

WHEW ! Where do I start.. I love the resort ..Good customer service at front desk.. except first week we were ask to move after being there several days to another room because someone requested the room we were in , which didn’t make sense to me. I always kep DND on my door every day for a month that I stayed.. Second week I was out of room and housekeeping came in with DND on door…. 3rd week maintenance came in and took microwave out room with DND on door and also with no notification of being in my room.
