I had a great experience with Jaydin F. who came out to show me how to start and operate my generator. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Jaydin explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident using the generator before he left. He also shared helpful safety and maintenance tips, which I really appreciated. Thanks to him, I now feel prepared and at ease in case of a power outage. Excellent service — I highly recommend him.
Our generator was installed in December 2021. It is now December 2026. Even though we were given a 10 year warranty, we were told they would not warranty the gas lines that they installed. Very disappointing. So I’m having to pay to have the gas lines reinstalled because they have rusted through in four years. The gas lines installed by TECO when the house was built in 2013 are still in perfect condition. Obviously faulty materials were used, and the vendor will not take responsibility for it.
Tech Jaydin F. was super helpful in explaining the startup process for the generator and assisting with setup of mobile app on my phone. Very patient with my questions on yearly maintenance, etc. Jaydin is a credit to your organization. I would also like to commend Melanie, Robin, and Catie of the Fort Myers office staff for all of their help and support.
Mike performed our annual maintenance yesterday and he was terrific. He professional, courteous, very friendly and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. In addition to regular maintenance, he changed the battery clamps and battery (3+ years old) and adjusted the valves which they needed. Mike was fantastic and highly recommend him! Thanks Mike.
Our technician Jaydin F. was extremely professional. He did the startup & overview of our newly installed Generac and explained its operation. He got us set up on the app for monitoring the generator. We've also been very happy with everyone else we've dealt with from Generator Supercenter here in Fort Myers.
