Shawn Ginn just performed my spring maintenance on my heat pump today. As always, he was very professional and knowledgeable, and has a great personality. He has maintained and repaired my system for years now, so it has lasted years beyond its expected useful life.
After calling a number of HVAC specialists to have two whole house dehumidifiers installed with no luck finding a company to provide the service I fortunately reached out to General Heating & Air Conditioning. They knew exactly what was needed for my home and completed the job quickly as exceptional professionals. My only regret is not finding them sooner having had a poor experience with another local company for my HVAC systems. They are now my semi annual service and all other HVAC needs company.
