Always nice and the group all give a great vibe. Generous with other items like fresheners and rags! Been here for over two years when they opened. Best crew yet, Jade is precious and very helpful
I was helped by a guy named Kyle, who gave me a hard time for my license plate not being on my car, my truck at the time was less than a week newly purchased, and the license plate in my front window was a temp tag. I am a grown mature person, so Kyle taking issue With my temp tag, not being on the vehicle was not that big of a deal to me, but his attitude and lack of professionalism was an issue for me. On this gorgeous day, I was greeted with the most biggest beautiful smile and hello wave from Vianney! Her enthusiastic energy was contagious and made me smile even bigger, trying to match hers, honestly. Having positive energy like Vianney is contagious! Her kindness was very much appreciated and hope to see her again next time I need a wash!
Really upset with these guys! They changed the account log in. I have drove there talked to a manager and they are not able to figure out why my account is not working, but they continue to take out 40.00 with no problem. I wanted to add another vehicle and change my card info. Why can’t anyone return calls? Tried calling again yesterday they said a manager would call me back and again nothing? Horrible customer service! I guess I will cancel the card and start going to the whistle car wash?
Let me just start off by saying the staff at four seasons car wash are truly amazing. I’m not just saying that let me give you an example I am disabled and need a wheelchair. Last week I was getting into my car as usual and I dropped my Chapstick on the floor as I’m reaching down to grab the Chapstick.
