Took my car to get detailed & Mauricio did a wonderful job. He helped me get some trash out of my car and was super patient. I’ve only gotten my car detailed once before and it was not nearly as thorough as Four Seasons’ work. My car truly looked like it was brand new out of the dealership when I picked it up! He waxed the outside and made it super shiny, and did the entire interior. It was much needed because I have a dog who gets my back seats super messy, but he managed to make it look new. Came in for a ceramic tint on a Tesla with Groupon. Should’ve read the fine print because they say they charge more for Teslas but never disclosed the amount, well the amount is $159 extra. Anyways, took forever to get an appointment and when we finally got an appointment, the person who did our tint did a terrible job. There were cuts into the tint that folded onto itself and hair stuck in the tint, there were small marks on almost all the windows. Out of the 5 windows, 4 of them were damaged. Tried to book an appointment through Groupon. Sadly, after this merchant asked when my Groupon expired (Nov. 14) he claimed to be fully booked for more than a month out for standard window tinting appointment. I asked about a drop in appointment, or if there were cancellations where he could fit me in; nothing was available and there was no way.
