I went here for treatment of a frozen shoulder. The therapy session itself was good and I felt the therapist was knowledgeable and competent. However, my wife had called earlier the same day to provide insurance information and we were not informed at that time that the practice was out of network. I only learned this after the appointment was finished, when I was told I’d be responsible for the full cost of the session. Best physical therapy I’ve ever experienced. Angela and Hal’s help with my various sports injuries has been invaluable, and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am getting better. I have gone to other PT places before and the individualized care and therapist time here is far superior. Angela made sure my form was always correct when performing my exercises and adjusted them as needed to help my recovery utilizing video analysis. I highly recommend Force Physical Therapy. I went there for rehabilitation after my bilateral ankle surgery. Location is convenient. The office is very clean and has multiple equipment and devices to diversify the exercises and adjust it to your level of tolerability.The staff is very nice and helpful.
