After having a flood which popped some of our 20+ year old tiles Tammy from FCI was recommended to us by our insurance agent. Working with the flooring company has been an incredibly smooth and easy process. They were highly professional, consistently following through on every request, email, and phone call. They completed the project within the quoted and projected timeline, and the carpet looks beautiful in the house. I’m very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again in the future.
Highly recommended! Second time using this company for my rental home, they offer a fair price for their work and material. I chose a natural wood multi-color looking which makes the whole living room looking more modernized and attractive..
I had all my carpet taken out and luxury vinyl planks put in.. From the very beginning to the end, it was a great experience. Francisco and his helper were so kind and so helpful. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International ( Frisco) for any floor needs.
Tammy and her team (Monica in the office and Marcos the installer) were fantastic. Very communicative and prompt, friendly, and professional. They replaced/refinished our 5" red oak floors after a house flood and did a great job. Red Oak is a tough wood to try and achieve a "natural" look without it being too pink, but we figured it out (See before and after pics). Would definitely recommend.
