After having a flood which popped some of our 20+ year old tiles Tammy from FCI was recommended to us by our insurance agent. She was more than professional in explaining the entire process and made a few much appreciated suggestions. We decided to replace the tile with Luxury Vinyl planks. Working with the flooring company has been an incredibly smooth and easy process. They were highly professional, consistently following through on every request, email, and phone call.
