Flock’s, specifically Levi, came out to inspect my furnace after another company had told me I needed it replaced. Levi took his time and inspected the furnace from top to bottom discovering the issue to be the gas regulator on the outside of the house. He left me a detailed paper to give to the gas men and then came back to talk to them when they had questions. He really went above and beyond. We had to have the gas shut off valve replaced on our gas hot water heater. When we called, the receptionist immediately scheduled someone to come to our house. Dakota arrived and checked to make sure we needed to replace that part. He quickly replaced it, and checked to make sure our problem was resolved. We appreciate the quick service.

We are now warm again, thanks to Flock's Heating & Air-conditioning. They came early, and was very clean by put down plastic on our carpet floors. They even swept the furnaces room floor when they were down. Very happy we chose them to put in a new furnace.

Brian was here on short notice, and was able to get our furnaces up and running, but also identified and corrected a separate safety issue. Always great service from Flock's.
