Was looking for a new spot in the neighborhood and came across Fire at Will. The restaurant is tucked away in a plaza and has a very friendly neighborhood feeling when you walk in. The server was super friendly and walked us through the menu and his recommendations. We started with the croquettes which were absolutely delicious dipped in the harissa aioli. I came here around 5:45pm on a Tuesday and it wasn’t busy but we made a reservation. The service was amazing from the time we walked in and left. The food didn’t take long to come out and was delicious. He got the Hush Burger and I got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich both with fries. He tried the Mr. Brownstone and I had 75mm cocktail. I would highly recommend this place! The whole experience was great!
Tonight we had our monthly dinner club, and Fire at Will was our pick. Everything was great - the food, ambiance, drinks, and the server (Andrew, I believe). However, I wouldn't recommend adding grilled salmon on your salad. I think the salmon was about 3 inches, and I really can't justify paying another $12 for such a small piece of fish.
What a gem we found! This place deserves way more attention and visitors than it gets. We were on a staycation in Paradise Valley and discovered Fire At Will tucked away in a strip mall — what a pleasant surprise! Great vibe, beautiful aesthetics, delicious food, and an amazing staff. Try the mac & cheese and the 75mm cocktail — both are fabulous!
Fire At Will is such a standout restaurant in the Paradise Valley neighborhood. They excel in service, the food is consistently satiating, it’s a cozy space, and their bar program is amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant to any local or visitor coming through. The burger is a highlight on the menu and I think they do an amazing wedge salad as well. Don’t sleep on the Chicken Marsala! 10/10 always. We love Jordan at the bar, she’s the best.
