I came around midnight to pick up a DoorDash order. I thought the lobby was closed, so I used the drive-through. The chubby Hispanic man working the drive-through told me in a rude tone, ‘Never come through the drive-through again, that's it.’ I understand if that’s the store’s policy, but the way it was communicated was unnecessarily disrespectful. We stopped by this Filiberto’s last night, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had at any location! Everything was cooked perfectly, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m not normally one to write reviews…. but what is this 😀 I can’t believe someone thought this was okay to serve, the second i opened the bag it SMELLED burnt who would package this up and send it out

I ended up coming to this restaurant hoping to pick up two dinner meals, a #4 and a #9. The food was good, but the service was rude. As soon as I pulled up to the window, the employee started calling out an order even though I hadn’t ordered yet. When I started placing my order, he seemed frustrated. I asked for steak, but he told the chef chicken instead and seemed irritated when I corrected him. What an absolute terrible choice to stop at this location. Cashier running the drive thru is extremely rude and full of attitude first thing we heard was “hold on” when we pulled up to the drive thru. Kept talking over as we’re trying to place an order. We get to the window thinking it couldn’t get worse and it definitely did. The lack of professionalism made it clear the employee was uninterested in doing their job.
