Decent late night spot. Service sucks but food is decent. Just tried the taquitos and on par with the other Beto’s/bertos across the southwest.

So, this is our go-to place. All the Filibertos have something that they do better than everybody else. Without a doubt, their cowboy fries are the best. They really don't hold it up. Also, their gordo burrito, they really make them, they put the sauces and sour cream, and they fill them up. They're very tasty, so they stand out in those two. Stopped for a late night snack after a show. Less than impressed honestly. The carne asada doesn’t have much flavor at all. I had the street tacos with carne asada. Good portion size for small tacos, but needed more flavor. Just tasted like meat and onions. Normally the cilantro or onions would provide some flavor but these just tased like everything had been in a warmer together for a long time and lost it all. Decent place overall on appearance and cleanliness tho. Comfortable, open 24 hrs.

This plate says it all. Is this not the biggest serving you have ever seen?? Wow, these cowboy fries were amazing. Super filling, enough to share with 2 others if you had to. Fresh tasting and one very important key items... the French fries were crispy. Most places give you soggy fries. This location, hands down has the best Cowboy Fries . The young lady at the counter is very nice and polite. Hats off to the chef or chef's back in the back cooking.

$15 for a large horchata and a burnt chorizo burrito. Do not recommend.
