Nice staff but there’s no sign that indicate you can’t get a refund so if you decide to return an unused item still in its box, they “don’t do any of those transactions.” I was told to speak to a manager tomorrow but I have a feeling not even he will care about my concerns.

Came here with my bf last night, it was the best first experience we ever had! The cashier informed us of the couple’s room experience and was very helpful! We were allowed to choose the movie we wanted and we were not disturbed at all during our couple’s room experience :) the room itself was clean and we had a lot of fun browsing the toys and movies. Will be coming back again :)

They have signs everywhere that say open till 4am or 24/7 so I went and it said closed and I assumed they were on break or something so I waited 10mins then someone pulled up next to me honking there car horn and stuff and I obviously just thought it was just some weirdo (it was the staff who all clearly have anger issues) wanting attention then they start screaming and threatening me , cussing and all that. Don’t waste money here

The staff was friendly but didn't warn that there would be aggressive men staring into your windshield as we tried to enjoy our evening, and don't seem to do anything to curb the men not taking no thank you for an answer. Twice a car circled our van several times followed by the driver getting down and staring into our vehicle, despite us telling them not interested.
