Checks every box, I’ve been in a few executive suites in the valley and this is by far my favorite. Covered parking and showers. What else is needed?!

I am the owner of GH Sands Construction and an office tenant on the 2nd floor of Edwards Corner. Being a small local business, this location is perfect for me. I am so grateful I found such a nice space in the Edwards area. Its great to be part of the hussle and bussle of Edwards Corner and to have the access to so many good shops and restaurants. Tight parking lot, but this place has some great restaurants, including... Craftsman (the beer is AWESOME, they serve Outer Range) and Hovey and Harrison. Drunken Goat is overpriced but does have some cool cheese platters if you're into that.

So enjoyed tomato bisque soup (pieces of tomato) & Cubano, my partner had the special burger, said it was high quality meat. Only downside was rap music, but to each their own.
