I hired this company to do dryer vent cleaning based on the previous five star reviews. The technician was incredibly professional. He explained to me the process that he would perform. He didn’t try to sell me stuff that I did not need or price gouge me. He conducted a thorough dryer vent cleaning, talked with me about continued vent maintenance, and sent videos of the tasks that he performed to clean the dryer vent. We will definitely be using this company in the future!
Our experience working with Dryer Vent Superheroes was great! Scheduling was quick and easy. They provided an upfront estimate based on the square footage of our home. Our technician, Tony, was very pleasant to work with. He was thorough and showed me before and after photos of our clean dryer and HVAC vents before leaving. I would recommend this company and look forward to using their services again when needed.
I connected with Dryer Vent Superheroes through my HOA when they cleaned all our outside dryer vents. They offered a good deal on a complete home vent cleaning, so I booked them. Chris let me know his approximate arrival time & was on time. He did a very thorough job without rushing through. Bonus: he's a dog lover, so my dog Maeve had someone new to greet! I will happily hire Superheroes again. Thank you!
Josiah did a great job. He even went thru the vent twice because of the buildup. He suggested a new connection from the dryer to the outside that would prevent lint buildup and installed it. It does make my dryer stick out considerably further from the wall than I would like, but I think I can live with it.
We were able to get on their schedule pretty quickly, which is always nice. Our technician was very knowledgeable, kept me informed on progress and findings. He noticed our dryer venting was not code and replaced that as well. Happy with the cleaning of our ductwork and dryer vent and plan to use them again. 4 stars as there was some delay in calling me back when I called for an appointment and was a bit pricier than in past...but what isn't!
