Our technician Cali was punctual, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained each step of the process before beginning and made sure to ask about any concerns I may have. The whole process took just under 2 hours. She showed us before and after photos of our vent, it’s very clean now after not being cleaned in over 10 years! I highly recommend this company.
Very easy to schedule service. Josiah was right on time and got right to work. Despite many years of build up, he was able to clean our vent completely, and provided video of the completed job. He offered and added an upgrade for our dryer to wall connection. Overall, we are very pleased with the price and result. Our dryer is able to operate much more efficiently now.
Josiah did a great job. He even went thru the vent twice because of the buildup. He suggested a new connection from the dryer to the outside that would prevent lint buildup and installed it. It does make my dryer stick out considerably further from the wall than I would like, but I think I can live with it.
