I scheduled my service online, which was very convenient. Steve let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, and explained everything he was going to do. After the inspection, he reviewed everything with me, and let me choose what I wanted to have done. He was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the vent cleaning made a world of difference in the way my dryer operates.
The technician, Ben, was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Our vent was cleaned with no mess left behind. Happy to recommend.
