I always had great experiences with Door Pro America in installing, and maintaining our garage doors. Richard who comes to service the doors and my recent experience with the customer service representative Erick was awesome. They were both very pleasant, caring ing, understanding, knowledgeable l, courteous and pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending them for all the he garage door service needs.
I connected with Door Pro America through Costco. I thought I needed a new garage door opener. Colin came out to assess my needs. He noticed that one of the two springs on my double-wide door was broken, which was causing the opener to struggle. He said he could fix that. We looked at the door and he noticed that the top panel had cracked in the middle where the opener is attached. The panel flexes a lot due to a lack of a horizontal support brace. I am so sorry to write this review, but I should take responsibility to prevent this kind of behavior happening again. Today, I had an unpleasant encounter with two workers from the company. They were fixing a garage door while I was working one level above them. After hearing extremely loud noise for quite a while, I went outside to see what was happening. The process of ordering and installing the garage door was amazing. I have dealt with other companies for other things for my home and Door Pro America was the best company I have had the pleasure working with! The door was ordered and arrived earlier than expected.
