I couldn’t be more impressed with Denver’s Best Appliance Repair. My refrigerator displayed an ER FF error code on a Sunday morning, so I called at 7:00 AM. Maksym was at my house by 10:30 AM, quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the necessary part overnight. My refrigerator was completely repaired within 24 hours. Maksym technician, arrived later that very same day and quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator. He explained the problem clearly, worked professionally and efficiently, and completed the repair within a short amount of time. Maksym, was great he cleared the drain pipe, that was causing my refrigerator to leak water and also cleaned my condenser coils. All for a reasonable price! He arrived earlier than he said he would. Very courteous. I would definitely call Denver's Best Appliance Repair again if I ever need an appliance worked on. My refrigerator is now, good as new!
Came out same day for estimate. Tools allowed for Max to find problem on the spot. With a deposit that was less than half of the reasonably priced total, Max ordered my washer’s part and scheduled me for the installation. On installation day, Max came out, installed new part and ran a cycle to make sure everything was working properly. Work was clean and professional. Best part: warranty is 6 months for labor and 12 months for part.
I have an unusual situation with Lisa at Denver's Best. I actually had another company work on my fridge, and it quit working on the weekend. They wouldn't come out, that's when I contacted Lisa, she was great gave me a tip how to hold off till Monday. As it turned out it Began working, I called her to cancel my appointment.
