I had been looking for a specific heart-shaped cake for my Stepdaughter’s 18th birthday. Ended up finding this place on accident online and I am so happy that I did first of all the customer service of the young man at the front counter. He was very welcoming very sweet personable and gave me good information on how to store the cake. I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We ordered a batch of very expensive cupcakes, expecting high quality for the price. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were stale, and the icing tasted like the milk had gone bad. They were not fresh, and several people noticed the unpleasant taste immediately. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this bakery was too good not to share! Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the amazing atmosphere. Lauren greeted me with a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my choices. She suggested several delightful desserts, but I opted for the classic chocolate chip sea salt cookie. It was perfectly chewy and rich with chocolate on the inside and it was absolutely delicious! We loved our pistachios raspberry baked floral cake for our micro wedding. It was delicious. Also the guava cupcakes are bomb !! 💣 excellent communication and service for both Dbakers Locations.
