We had to give our brand new centralized air conditioner serviced due to it not working properly. Jeremy Pino was our Technician and he was amazing! He had excellent customer service and provided information regarding what happened. He was very knowledgeable and fixed what should have not happened if installed correctly! Jeremy saved Daniel’s! We were selling my fiance parents home when we got the home inspection report from the buyer, sating there was Ki- tech plumbing in the house and the ACand furnace need replacement. We had to re-pipe the entire house! We decided on Daniel's plumbing one they were the lowest bidder and they gave us a break on the AC and furnace replacement. Absolutely fantastic team! We originally called because we were having issues with our swamp coolers. Daniel was the technician who came out, got everything working again, and took the time to explain the condition of our coolers and what our options might be down the road. Carrier mini split installed earlier this week -- we love it!! And we appreciated the exemplary service we received throughout the process. Jack (salesperson) worked with us to answer our questions and to give us a very fair price. We had lots of concerns and he helped us resolve them. Andrew, David (installers) and Daniel (electrician) came in and got the job done professionally and efficiently. We would do it again!
