Made-to-order pupusas served by friendly staff in an immaculately clean restaurant. That sums up Christina’s. The food is fresh, flavorful, and bright. The tamale was amongst the best I’ve ever had; the sampler plate that I got is a great way to dip your toes into what Christina’s offers. Bear in mind, don’t expect your meal in 5 minutes. I am normally very happy with the food and most times with the service, I've had bad service once before but even that I can deal with if the food is good. However, this time was a HUGE disappointment. I went to get soup for my sick husband and they gave me chicken bones only, not even a bit of meat on the bones.

Futbol on while these amazingly soft and cheesy pupusas come out to you fresh, such an amazing environment for Salvadorean food.

Worth the wait! We waited about 45 for a to go order but once we got home it was worth the wait. We had the pupusa de arroz, so delicious. There was the perfect amount of masa. The quesadilla was good, not dry. We also got #23 and the flavor was good.

I love pupusas, but Salvadorian cuisine holds a special place in my heart, and I'm happy to have tried this place. The pupusa is delicious, with a generous filling. The salsa has a perfect consistency, and the repollo is excellent. I had eggs with chorizo, beans, cream, and plantains. The plantains with cream and some beans create the perfect bite. The eggs and chorizo are complementary when given that plate array. The service was fine; I had to table myself and was not greeted. I even had to get up and walk to the register ... read more
