I had never been to Crisppi’s before, and it ended up being a really pleasant surprise! The restaurant is spotless, modern, and has a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Ordering is done through one of two self-service kiosks, which were very easy to navigate, and if you need help, there are friendly staff members nearby to assist. CRISPPIS CHICKEN IS AMAZING!!!! There’s chicken places and then there’s Crisppi’s!! They’re clearly above the rest and it’s not even close. The food here was sooooo mouthwatering. My daughter and I would give them more stars if we could. The freshness of the food, the quality, the flavor, the ingredients and the service were perfect! I had the BEST experience at Crisppi’s today! From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was unmatched. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, it made such a difference. Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely AMAZING. Stumbled upon crisppis when actually looking for a different place. The crisppis chicken sandwich was great and came in many flavors. The chicken tenders were nice and crispy, but not too overly breaded. We also got chicken and waffles.. waffles were nice and light with a delicious toppings, and sauce on them. Been here 2x and each time customer service was welcoming right when you walk in. As you’re ordering from the kiosk there is a staff member near by to assist with any questions and suggestions. I’ve tried the crispy chicken with the Thai dressing, the honey jalepeno crispy chicken sandwich, chicken and waffles with the banana flavored waffles and the loaded chicken fries.
