This place is excellent! I wish I could bring it with me. They make a proper coffee and their specialty fun drinks are tasty too. Breakfast is great. One day I had a chorizo rice bowl that was well balanced and filling. Another day I got the Lone Star breakfast sandwich. A sausage patty, hash brown, egg and a mild sauce tucked between brioche bun. I can’t tell if I cried or music played when I bit into it. (The picture doesn’t do it justice). Busy or not I had great service!

Great place, great coffee, great foods, great service but abit slow. Parking can be a hassle since it's small but manageable, clean and airy with great vibe. They do have both seating inside and outside. Not much decor but the vibe and the smell of coffee are just unforgettable. The staff are very friendly and attentive but that just slow down from the people behind, especially in the morning and for people in hurry. But overall fantastic place. This place is amazing. I came with a friend to try their breakfast burrito (which was amazing). I tried their strawberry matcha latte, which was the best I’ve had. I came back that same week because I couldn’t get it out of my head. They make their syrups in house, and much of their items as well. My husband got their house made vanilla latte, which was also so good. Really impressed by the quality and service, usually you have to pick one. I will definitely be back.

Got a genuine welcome at the door, good music playing inside, short line of 3 people, good food menu, my espresso was perfect. Had a fresh baked almond croissant, was delicious. Quite a crowd- evidence of a great coffee shop. I'll be back for sure.

Food: plenty of drinks and baked goods to choose from! I ordered the sea salt caramel latte and it was delicious. The sourdough is baked fresh and when you bite into it, it really does taste like that homemade feel that we are all looking for in food. Service: I told the clerk it was my first time and she explained some of her favorite drinks and asked me what I liked. She also explained how they bake their own goods in house.
