We give the Cleanstone crew a 10/10! They came in and completed our inground pool project when other companies said couldn't be don due to our septic tank placement and location! Wes, Zach and Zac were a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. It felt like family as they answered all our questions, was very communicative with us about our progress and their team was always on time! We had a great experience working with this Cleanstone on our paver patio. The team was attentive, personable, and helped bring our vision to life from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and both the project managers and installation crew were wonderful to work with. Even though our project was relatively small, they were able to fit us into their schedule sooner than expected and completed everything in just four days. Could not be happier with the process and result of working with Cleanstone. From our initial meetings with Wes and Zach to the install, we were consistently impressed with their attention to detail, flexibility, and how they anticipated issues and had plans to mitigate. They offered suggestions when we asked but did not make us feel pressured to choose one plan over another. They did a fantastic job! Caleb was helpful every step of the way. They showed up right after that big snow/ice storm and went to work! Zack even shoveled the snow out front, so we could park our cars on the road while they used our carport. The original design was 2 rounded corners, but Juan suggested that we have the patio edging run along the sidewalk, so he did that and it was even more beautiful than we expected. We had a retaining wall installed in our backyard by Cleanstone. Everything was done as expected. The crew was awesome. Cleaned up the job site daily and communicated when they should be back. Job took 5 days as estimated. Wes, Zach and Juan were awesome.
