Chris' Garage Doors did everything right. Chris listened carefully and found us the right doors that met our needs for both looks and functions. They arrived when he said they would and the fit and finish on them is excellent. The installer, Jon, arrived when he said he would and finished the job in one day as promised even though it was harder than expected and took a little longer than expected. Our technician Chris was great! Super transparent and very upfront that he was here to do a standard tune-up and would just document any recommendations and not pressure us into anything. The process was quick and easy and he was very thorough on explaining all the safety checks the garage passed and we should be on the lookout for. Would highly recommend and will use for future garage needs!
Chris's came in with a reasonable price and were very responsive to requests for various edits to their quote. The experience of getting a quote was also much better than the large, private-equity-owned company that wanted 30 minutes of my time to show me a PowerPoint and then quoted me over twice the price Chris's did. I got the doors recently so I can't speak to long term performance, but the doors look great and run smoothly thus far.
Chris was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and completed my work in record time. He offered suggestions because I know nothing about garage doors that he made sure that I did it within my budget. I really appreciate Chris!
