What an installation disaster. Even worse follow up by their office manager, Yaya. I’m left with a brand new Clopay garage door with mismatched parts/hinges, loose screws, mis-aligned panels, and a broken window. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she didn’t have one she was it before hanging up. I relied on all the good reviews, and unfortunately, my experience was completely opposite. Not reputable and does not stand behind their work.

My garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and Chris's Garage Doors was amazing! John came out right away, explained exactly what needed to be done, ordered the part, and then completed the installation in under an hour. He also checked the entire system to make sure everything was working perfectly and certified it before leaving. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend Chris's Garage Doors!
Came through for my home warranty and was pleasantly surprised at how detailed & thorough they were. Josh was able to get my garage door fixed same day and went above and beyond to point out a couple other items for me to address. While providing pointers for maintenence and upkeep! Made sure to check for safety and proper settings then lubricated all the necessary parts. Very happy with the quality and professional service provided.
I recently had Chris Garage Doors come out to install two new garage doors, and I can’t say enough good things about them.
