Had a great experience at Chilaquiles Modern Kitchen on Signal Butte! We had the enchiladas, quesabirria tacos, and the margarita flight, and everything was excellent. The enchiladas were packed with flavor, the quesabirria tacos were loaded and cooked perfectly, and the margarita flight was a fun way to try different flavors. Great food, great presentation, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! Lupita was amazing.

I have been coming here since they opened and it’s so delicious. But what makes it great is their team! You feel at home and as a Mexican let me tell you the food is very authentic! The chilaquiles are top notch! Lupita at the bar is so animated and cheerful! Next time I need to have a drink here.

Have truly transformed the old Rubios space to make it their own. It is clean and nice inside. We hadn't been in since they changed but decided to try it for lunch. Street tacos and birria tacos were good. Some of the carne in my street taco was more fat than meat but it was still edible.

I came here with with a group of friends. The drinks and food plates were beautifully displayed! Large portions and the food was delicious. I like that they have alcoholic beverages too. I have a few complaints though. Birria tacos should come standard with consume. There shouldn't be an extra charge (That's what makes birria tacos unique). Also, I ordered a Mexican coffee... We recently visited this place because of a recommendation and reading some reviews. I had the menudo with toasted bread and my wife had the chicharrón plate that came with egg, beans and potatoes. The menudo had great flavor and the tripe was very tender. I chose the toasted bread because after asking the waitress if the tortillas were homemade, she informed they weren't.
