So disappointed. Carpets don’t look clean at all. Supposed to do a thorough job vacuuming first. Didn’t go by trim to vacuum first apparently as I later still found dust and hair along the trim. Obviously didn’t get the professional job I was promised. Not worth the $$! I feel like I should have someone else come do them again.

I was excited to have my sectional, living room carpet and steps professionally cleaned. Jeremiah and Greg did an amazing job!! It was satisfying seeing the dirty water that came from the cleaning. Great customer service!

They returned my call for a quote right away. Got me in and scheduled right away very courteous on time. And they did a great job. I will definitely be using them again

Chem-Dry of Sioux Falls did a fantastic job on my very dirty carpet - dog and grandbabies. :-) Brandon was prompt, courteous and clearly explained the process to me. The carpet was relatively dry when he finished-completely dry now. I loved that I didn't have to pull out fans and wait hours for the carpet to dry & humidity to dissipate which is typical when I used a water-based cleaning service. I will definitely use Chem-Dry in the future!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Chem Dry! Brad is great and efficient at scheduling and answering all my questions. Jeremiah was the technician to clean the carpets and explained it all to me, he was awesome!. Talked me through the care of the carpet and expectations. These are two great men to work with and ensure my business will stay with them when I need my carpets cleaned again! Thanks again!
