Roy really knows his stuff. I was petsitting and locked myself (and the dog) out of the house. A neighbor was called who supposedly had a key. In the meantime, Roy had arrived. He knew to wait to ensure that the neighbor's spare key worked. It didn't and Roy had to use his expertise to get me in. Thanks Roy, I'll always rely on Cheetah from now on.
