I’m obsessed with this salon. It’s such a cute space and the decor is honestly one of my favorite things about it. It has this beautiful Hispanic artisanal chic vibe that feels so warm, stylish, and unique. It’s girly, cozy, and just so pretty inside. The service is always amazing too, and I always leave loving my nails. Such a gem. Shout out to my girl Adrianna! Look at these nails! And Carol, such a badass! 💕💅🏼
Recently, I booked my first-ever pedicure here at Cataleya’s. Gaylee made my service relaxing and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I did a bad job at removing my nail polish I had previously applied before I got there, but she was able to take care of that. My work shoes also gave my right heel a blister, but she was very sweet and mindful of that. She also adjusted the service to better work with my toenail size, which I appreciated. This salon is the best I have been to! I love coming here. My nails always turn out so stunning!! Everyone is so friendly & welcoming. I love that they take their time & make sure I am satisfied with the service/designs. 10/10 I recommend. The owner is very sweet & involved in making sure the techs have what they need while making sure customer service is top tier. They never miss a beat.
I took my mom here for her birthday to treat her to pedicures, and we both chose the most expensive service package expecting a relaxing, experience. While the salon itself was clean and the staff were polite, the service felt rushed and did not match what was advertised in the package. Important steps seemed to be skipped, and my mom’s gel polish wasn’t even fully removed. the best nail salon i’ve ever been to in the valley!! not only is the atmosphere gorgeous and cozy but the staff is so welcoming and they treat you like family. the nail techs are also some of the most unique and talented i’ve ever experienced!! Crystal is phenomenal! ❤️
