Highly recommend this company. I was thinking about getting some work done for my friend's company so I called. I spoke with Ryan, who was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had called with my inquiries. He was fast, efficient, and I hope to work with him again. Great job!

I would recommend they hire a secretary. I think it would significantly increase their business. I think the same guys that are out in the field are the same guys answering the phones which makes it extremely difficult to get a quote or anything accomplished. Also they cannot give an estimate over the phone and they seem to have much difficulty sending an email.

Any time we reach out to Cactus, I know that as long as Trevor is on site, I am worry free! Not only is he detailed with every task that his team has, he makes sure that they do it the right way the first time! They always use the necessary PPE and their permits are always completely filled out properly. I’ve never met another contractor that we use that is this efficient and detail oriented. Absolutely incredible service! Ryan answered all my questions and was super friendly the entire time. Really goes that extra mile and not only that but he's quick, professional and well informed. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who needs it!

I contacted this company multiple times for a quote that was finally sent but double the price from the previous year. I understand pricing increases, but I was taken back by how much of an increase it was. I was also hung up on twice when trying to inquire about service with no call back. I've decided to go with another company, Trans-Environmental Services.
