Our experience with Bounds is what we receive everytime. They are prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our system. The technician explained everything clearly and made the repair the same day. Our home is back to being comfortable, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I truly appreciate the quality of service and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

James Odata is an absolutely outstanding HVAC technician. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my system was running perfectly before he left. We had a system installed by Bounds a couple of years ago, and have been in their scheduled maintenance program since then. Their tech Kevin just came by for the scheduled visit - friendly and professional, arrived on time, communicated clearly, addressed all of our concerns and did everything thoroughly and efficiently. Even showed us pictures and videos of what he had done. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Called at 430 pm to alert of flooding from ac was told we were next in line. 1030 at night no call and no show so tried numerous attempts to reach since we flooded and have no a/c and cleaned as much up as we can. Have a 6 year old and dog house is 89 degrees no one called to say you are off schedule at 10:00 pm. The owner was reached and still did not give an option outcome just a statement that they were busy. Still no resolution or upcoming appt! New home new ac and 90 degree home

I am a local Realtor and property manager and have used Bounds dozens and dozens of times over the years. I have always been impressed with their promptness and service. The technicians are top notch as well, in particular Chris Allen and James Odato. They are both kind, quick, and knowledgeable in their field and I would trust them with any of my customer's needs, as well as my own.
