Called at 430 pm to alert of flooding from ac was told we were next in line. 1030 at night no call and no show so tried numerous attempts to reach since we flooded and have no a/c and cleaned as much up as we can. Have a 6 year old and dog house is 89 degrees no one called to say you are off schedule at 10:00 pm. The owner was reached and still did not give an option outcome just a statement that they were busy. Still no resolution or upcoming appt! New home new ac and 90 degree home

Our experience with Bounds is what we receive everytime. They are prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our system. The technician explained everything clearly and made the repair the same day. Our home is back to being comfortable, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I truly appreciate the quality of service and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Noah arrived after 8:30 PM, undeterred by the brisk 30-degree chill. Right from the beginning, he radiated both professionalism and a comforting presence, genuinely dedicated to restoring our heating. We had a system installed by Bounds a couple of years ago, and have been in their scheduled maintenance program since then. Their tech Kevin just came by for the scheduled visit - friendly and professional, arrived on time, communicated clearly, addressed all of our concerns and did everything thoroughly and efficiently. Even showed us pictures and videos of what he had done. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.
