HIGHLY RECOMMEND BODY20 IN CASCADE! I felt worked after my first session. I went with my children and we ALL signed up. The staff was EXCELLENT and PATIENT and KNOWLEDGE. No hard sell- the 1st session was seriously just all about our health and needs. Give it a try, what do you have to gain!?🤗

Love love love working out here!!! I feel myself getting stronger and love the trainers I’ve worked with!! They push me hard, while watching my form and make sure I get the most benefit from every workout! Shoutout to Ben for keeping me motivated and helping me reach my goals!! Definitely feel the progress! The owners are super sweet and keep the atmosphere clean, fun, and well stocked with everything to help you go about your day after working out! So happy to have found this place!

Great place for a new way of getting in shape with limited time. It is different for first timers, but I can see it becoming pretty routine as you get used to the process. It was more of an intense workout than I had envisioned. Professional staff with a wealth of knowledge and willingness to answer any questions.

Abby always helps break down the workouts in a way that makes sense to me. As a woman I’ve struggled with getting coaching from my boyfriend Becuase our bodies are very different but Abby has been able to teach me all the same concepts and I can really tell she knows what she’s talking about when I feel the right muscles engaging with each movement! Very knowledgeable staff for sure!

Body20 Cascade and the team that work there are amazing! Very motivating and fun. I get a great workout every time and the 20 minute sessions fit into my busy schedule super well.
