I was glad to find a packing store close to home. I came in to process a return through Happy Returns and presented the clerk with my QR code. The clerk then opened my sealed package - which contained underwear - to examine the contents and tags. I have processed returns at UPS and USPS many times and no one has ever opened a sealed package.
