From beginning to end, Black Bear Roofing has been top-notch. Joshua began the process and communicated so thoroughly with a step by step of how the replacement would go. He took time to fully inspect the roof for the estimate and even had someone come out on a Sunday to do an emergency patch. Black Bear Roofing did a great job getting a new roof planned and installed for us in Leicester. Josh was respectful, knowledgeable, reliable and great at communicating with us. The installation crew worked hard for seven hours and their cleanup was fantastic. Great attention to detail. I will highly recommend Black Bear Roofing to friends and family if the opportunity arises.

Black Bear Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. They took the pressure out of getting a new roof. Great communication from Ben to get the ball rolling, and the process was painless. Ben patched the roof while our appointment was pending, and when Ben had a family emergency, Josh stepped in. Needed a roof replacement, received at least 4 quotes from around they area. Black bear roofing and Eric came in at the best price for the scope of work for the job, he did not hid anything and was 100 percent honest in the quoting process. Their work was outstanding, efficient and clean. They went above the scope of work and installed a roof that I feel will out last 30 year warranty. Thank You Eric!

LOVE Our New Roof The metal roof is beautiful. Everyone at Black Bear was so nice to work with: Josh Honeycutt, our representative, was always available to answer any questions, Sally in the office was easy to work with, Aric the production supervisor addressed our concerns, the work crew guys, especially Irving, let us know what was happening at the end of their long day. If I had to do it again, I’d go with Black Bear. Can definitely recommend.
