The interior has been remodeled since I last visited. It is a reliable stop for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. I had the cauliflower crust veggie pizza. It was delicious. I took the leftovers on an overnight backpack and the crust didn’t hold up but that was expected. Reheat in an air fryer at home for crispy crust! Our server was great, but the food took quite a bit longer to get. However the food is excellent. It was worth the wait. We ordered gluten-free bread sticks and a gluten-free crust apple harmony pizza. I recommend both. I ordered a salad to go and that tasted great.
There's a beautiful creek right outside and when you sit outside you can hear it running 🤌🏽 The food is good. We had the cheese sticks and a sausage special pizza - essentially a supreme. I will say it had a kick to it and the kids didn't care for it, but everything had a lot of flavor. The service was good, but not much emotion from anyone. Everyone had this expression on their face 😐.
Great pie joint! The wife and I did a couple mile hike and needed a carb! Could not be happier with our choice. Masoud started out by seating us in a booth and getting a beer ready! The pizza was a style I have never tried before but was very impressive. The undercarriage was crisp and the crust had almost a pretzel like texture. Beau Jo’s in Evergreen was such a fun stop! The pizza was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it was the perfect place to enjoy a cozy Colorado meal with family. A great Evergreen spot after a day of exploring!
