Our poor boy had to come in for an emergency visit today after a toe nail injury and was treated so well by Dr. Brunson and the team at BAVC. We are so grateful for the care and compassion they showed towards us. Bruno has been known to be a bad boy at the vet (hence the muzzle we brought him in with) and Dr. Brunson really took the time to make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. $1000 is what it cost for them to tell me they want to put my dog down. They said he would not get any better had a trech issue and had fluid around his heart and fluid in his lungs!! They had me making a decision to pick out a urn or or a burial?. So I was trying to have a conversation with my wife and they kept calling me to see if I made a decision yet. Bay Area Veterinary Care is a valuable asset to the Tampa Bay area. Their hours and location are convenient and helpful. Best of all, everyone we encountered during our visit (including the thoughtful follow up phone call the next day) was truly kind and compassionate. I had no doubt that Tinker was in the most capable of hands and care. With all of the animals that we have, I have no doubt that we will be back. You will not regret choosing this facility!
Sadly, I had to take my best buddy and loyal pooch in with a bad leg. Sidney was not only great on the phone but even nicer and more welcoming when I arrived at the clinic. Dr. Muller and Nurse Deja were incredibly professional and compassionate. Firstly, they got my dog out of pain. Then, after x-rays and tests they took the time to explain exactly what was going on and gave me meds to take home. I highly recommend them should your pet need help. Thanks, Dr. Muller and staff. You guys were great.
I’ve been taking my little dog Izzy to Dr. Muller over the past year. I cannot say enough, goodness about this facility, Dr Muller and his entire staff. Their compassion for the animals and their owners, they go over and beyond , truthfully! I highly recommend them even for your daily veterinarian care as this is where Izzy will get hers forever. If I could give a 10 star review, they would have a 10 star from me!
