Love this company. The customer service is on point. Been renting a storage unit for a couple of years from them and the property is kept clean and also patrolled by Thomas County S.D. If you need a storage unit, give Crystal a call at the Thomasville location.
Crystal helped my family so much on the phone and in person. She is very detailed at her job and super friendly.
Crystal the manager over these units is by far the most compassionate and understanding person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!
Ms Alma always makes your visits here nice! She is so warm and welcoming. And she truly cares about her customers.
I’m currently renting a climate controlled unit from Ms Alma, she is always very pleasant when we have contact. It’s been more than 6 months and I’ve had a very good experience. Thank you Ms. Alma
