This place is awesome. It was a former old country buffet and now it’s a Shared Kitchen. There’s some great local businesses running out of here and the staff is always friendly. They keep the kitchen clean and I would recommend it to any small business owner trying to get their business going or Restaurant trying to use it as a commissary kitchen to keep their sauces and other items consistent

I use this kitchen for meal prep and my Foodtruck. Best experience I’ve had with a kitchen. The owners actually seem to care and have given me a very fair deal. Really suggest this place if you are on the fence about it. Best decision I’ve made.

I walk in and there is nobody in the lobby. I yell and get no reply. I had to literally walk into the kitchen itself to be told that they don't know anything because they are a smaller company within the company. It seems really great that a random person can go walking through your kitchens with no staff noticing or caring. What if I wanted to contaminate things? Nobody would ever even know.

FYI: This is NOT a restaurant. However, they do have food trucks selling their yummy eats in the parking lot. BLT Kitchens is a shared commercial kitchen space for small businesses. My wife and I have an Elderberry business and use it to produce our Elderberry syrup. The kitchen is big with all the amenities needed to make whatever consumable delight you are making. Large stoves, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, and mixers allow many options. There is plenty of fridge/freezer space and tons of prep space. The dishwashing ... read more

The five stars goes to the other location for BLT kitchens as well as all the trucks and restaurants! I know this location will be a five star as well… I’m so excited to see something really quality like this in the neighborhood over here. It’s really needed! Great prepared meals and catering for all your needs !!!
