I am delighted to give Avery 5 stars. We conducted months of careful search, among stores and on Facebook Marketplace, and Avery Piano provided outstanding value and easy service. My brother in law is a concert pianist and teacher and helped select a wonderful baby grand - excellent sound, beautiful condition. Avery included delivery and tuning in the price. Strongly recommended.
We bought a beautiful pre-owned Kawai baby grand piano. Chris was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful to ensure we made the right purchase decision. The entire process from purchase, to delivery, to the removal and consignment of our original piano was painless and professional. The movers were incredible!
This is a much overdue review for Avery Piano. We purchased a Kawai ES920 there, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Chris was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He was never pushy or sales-focused, which made such a difference. I recently purchased a fully restored 1987 Steinway K-52 upright from Avery, and I couldn’t be happier. The piano both looks and sounds wonderful, the price was very fair, and the service has been excellent. Chris was especially great—he responded promptly to my texts and emails, often within hours. I truly felt I was working with a musician rather than a salesman, someone who genuinely cares about bringing out the very best in each piano for his customers. Thank you, Avery!
