We bought a beautiful pre-owned Kawai baby grand piano. Chris was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful to ensure we made the right purchase decision. The entire process from purchase, to delivery, to the removal and consignment of our original piano was painless and professional. The movers were incredible!
This is a much overdue review for Avery Piano. We purchased a Kawai ES920 there, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Awesome place to buy a piano! Chris was very helpful and took all the time needed to make sure this piano was the proper fit for me. Delivery was very good as well. I will definitely go back when I’m ready to upgrade.
I recently purchased a fully restored 1987 Steinway K-52 upright from Avery, and I couldn’t be happier. The piano both looks and sounds wonderful, the price was very fair, and the service has been excellent. Chris was especially great—he responded promptly to my texts and emails, often within hours. Ordered a digital piano from Avery Piano Co in August with promised Labor Day delivery. What followed was weeks of delays and deceptive practices that cost me time and money.
