Awesome place to buy a piano! Chris was very helpful and took all the time needed to make sure this piano was the proper fit for me. Delivery was very good as well. I will definitely go back when I’m ready to upgrade.
I recently purchased a fully restored 1987 Steinway K-52 upright from Avery, and I couldn’t be happier. Ordered a digital piano from Avery Piano Co in August with promised Labor Day delivery. What followed was weeks of delays and deceptive practices that cost me time and money. Christopher Ricci repeatedly pushed back delivery dates, extending what should have been a one-week wait to over two months. Chris at Avery Piano was extremely helpful to me in my search for just the right acoustic upright piano. He explained in detail the component parts of the Kawai K-XXX series that I was interested in, and how each part provided either some performance or maintenance benefit. I spent about two hours trying out various makes and models, with no pressure from anyone. In addition, he was very helpful in expediting the delivery of the K200 which I wound up purchasing.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a piano here with the help of Chris. The entire process was smooth and professional, including the delivery. I’ll definitely return when I’m ready for my next piano!
